      Before OCB took over this vision medical practice my BCBS vision plan would pay for my yearly vision check up. This year I was charged 125 dollars which I paid the day of the visit, my vision ins was charged and somehow both ******** and my BCBS medical plan were charged. In total the bill was over **** dollars for a glaucoma test and to read the lines under *********. My three insurances all state I owe them nothing more but they contacted me 6 weeks later for more money. I was advised not to pay them. It is unknown how they accessed my ******** and BCBS medical account but I presume through a Patient Portal that I have set up with my medical provider. Some of the items they charged ******** for were XRAYS ( ???) and medical care to the tune of ******. I am reporting them to both BCBS and ******** for fraud. I have read several reviews on line that others have as well.
