      The following message was sent and never responded to by Pilgrim Parking (specifically the Nautica Parking Garage) explaining that the rules for validation were NOT clearly defined by the event nor the garage. I am seeking an appropriate billing adjustment.(SENT AUGUST 5, 2023) Yesterday was the *** Constitution Salute to ******* Veterans (with a four hour underway turnaround). Many veterans of that era, including myself, were told that your garage offered discounted pricing for this event. Sadly, upon trying to leave the garage we were made aware that was not the case due to our stay being longer than four hours. I understand that Pilgrim Parking (nor Nautica) made that promise on the invite that the *** Constitution sent us. But the fact that we did not see any indication that our validation would not be honored until we went to leave troubling. The other issue I found is when trying to leave I pushed the button for help (to get assistance since my ticket wasn't working properly) and the response was "the number you are trying to reach is busy, please try again later". I was at the gate!!! My wife went inside for assistance, where she found another small group of veterans shocked that they had to pay $24 for parking.My ticket number is ****** and yes, I was unexpectedly charged $24 for parking. I only hope that your honor and respect for those of us who served your country might offer a refund of the unexpected charges.       I was tickets by pilgrim parking in the ****** seaport. After telling them that there machine printed the sticker you put in your window on the non sticky side, in an appeal, the declined the appeal and there is no way to reach them to dispute it since the phone number on there tickets arnt active.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I paid the ticket in the meantime because they only give you 7 days before the $40 ticket goes to $55
