      I made an online delivery order and paid. I got called a minute later, with a guy yelling calling me a price of s*** because I did not tip more. He also threatened me. Told me he knows where I live because I gave an address for the delivery. All the while my 10 year old daughter was listening

      Online order came at 3:53. It was $54.72 not $80.
      We called him at 3:54 and told him that we were not going to be delivering his order.
      ***** called at 3:56 swearing and threatening. Conversation is recorded. He is going to be taken to court for his threat.
      The order was cancelled and refunded at 4:05.
      You can see the order and the cancellation attached. Also, the beginning of the phone conversation is attached.
      Everything is recorded, including the phone calls. ***** did not know that everything was recorded so he kept lying.

      Note : It doesn't seem to accept the m4a sound file but I can send it to the email given.

      We placed an order with Windy City on September 22 at approximately 5:45 PM. The order number is *********. Approximately five minutes later, we received a phone call from Windy City stating that they would not provide us with our order, when I asked why they said that they are not able to do a request of extra turkey, even though it is on their menu. When I asked them to refund the extra money I paid for the extra turkey I was told they are not able to do that and all they could do is cancel the order, but that we would not be receiving our money back because they dont know if they could give the money back. When I called establishment back, I asked to speak with the manager who refused to give me his name and started swearing at me and called me a f****** b**** This is not the first time this company has done something like this to myself and my family. So now we are out $61.42 that we paid and have no food.

      To Whom It May ************* dont know where to start to answer each lie.
      Lets start with this first: Their order was declined right away and as soon as we declined the order their credit card was refunded automatically as soon as we hung up the phone. You can see this at the bottom of this page. Picture shot is from our web control page. You can see the time on that also. It appears as attachment above.
      Second: Web site does not offer extra Turkey but offers extra Cheese for $1. On the Site it says
      Extra Cheese| Turkey
      and gives option of provolone, American and Mozzarella Cheese for $1. There are no Options for extra Turkey, if there was, they did not have to write it is as instruction,they could have picked it up from the site. If you can not pick your choice from the online order site, it means it does not exist.
      We explained this to them and said that we do not offer extra Turkey (If we did It wouldnt be $1).
      She was very rude and said, I dont like your attitude. We answered as I dont like you attitude too.
      Then she said, You are a f****** a******
      This conversation is saved in our phone system. If we need to, we can retrieve it.
