    Mediate Management Company(MMC) concealed the service hourly rate, and didn't give written contract before doing work in my unit then sent unreasonable bill after. When I questioned and denied the bill, MMC didn't reply and directly did the bank transaction from my ******** account. The property manager had many misconducts about this issue handling and the way they doing unauthorized took money from my bank account ignoring my questions is illegal.

    The initial call was to respond to an emergency- a leak coming through the ceiling in the bathroom of the reviewers downstairs neighbor on a Sunday afternoon, and our on-call manager dispatched the on-call maintenance technician.  The related invoices were charged to the *********************** on a time and materials basis as per the management agreement. The Trustees voted to charge the reviewer's ledger for the service.  Emergency response does not allow time for a contract to be drawn up and the invoices are transparent about the hourly rate.    Payment of the invoices to the condo association occurred when they were applied to the reviewers account and her autopayment paid the invoices.  Clients have the ability to limit their autopay or they can set it to pay the balance.  This client had the ability to withhold part of the payment to their condominium for these maintenance invoices, but did not, MMC did not take the money.
