    I needed to replace the timer I had had for 15 years. It wasn't broken. It was worn out. A simple task, or so I thought. Timers have changed. What was once a simple, straight forward, easy to use digital timer, that was available everywhere, had become a multi-function tool with all sorts of options. Three buttons (Hour, minute, on/off) were replaced with multiple buttons that baffled me. The smaller print was a problem as well. I was coming to the conclusion my timer of choice was extinct. My phone has a timer I could have used, and did short term. I wanted a dedicated to one task appliance I could stick to the fridge. Thanks to America's Test Kitchen, and their thorough testing of appliances, both large & small, I found my timer. America's Test Kitchen doesn't pull punches, or rely on buzz words encouraging you to purchase a particular item. I can count on America's Test Kitchen to provide unbiased, knowledgeable information that even a somewhat skilled home cook like me (I can read and follow directions.) understands.

    *** has been GREAT!! I know that when i use one of their recipes it will work. That is good to know especially since, grocery is so expensive now. I am one of the recipe testers and love doing that too. Gives me a chance to try something that I would have never though of doing, and purchase a grocery item that I don't normally have on hand. The responses from the team of *** is so kind and helpful, Wish more people were like that too. I love these professionals!

    Love the cooking education, product reviews and recipes. When I screwed up my account and couldnt access the app, ***** at Customer Support was diligent in figuring out the problem. Thanks *****!

    Had the app for several years which made finding recipes easy. Loved the content and the show. Not sure how many cookbooks we have but we use the *** book a lot. Interacting with staff has always been easy and productive. Hope *** remains successful for many years in the future!

    On Dec. 12 2024 I paid for a 1 year subscription to Cook's Illustrated (check # ****). Then on March 22 2025 I paid for another subscription (check #****) asking that it start after my current subscription. Instead, I am now get double of the same.     I've been a print subscriber to Cook's Illustrated for years and appreciate the insights offered with recipes and why some cooking ideas work and others don't. The magazine is very helpful as well as fun to read. If you spend any time in the kitchen, I highly recommend Cook's Illustrated..

    I am a long time subscriber to Cooks Illustrated and really enjoy this magazine. I find something interesting and useful in every issue. I have given subscriptions as gifts to friends who also really like it. As indicated by my five star rating, I highly recommend this magazine.

    As a trained chef, this is my absolute go to as a resource for cooking and recipe inspiration for what to make for my family. You cannot go wrong with the *** recipes. They are fool proof and have always come out perfectly every time. I cannot recommend the *** app enough!
