    Extremely disappointing experience. I paid an upfront fee expecting a smooth process but was later hit with thousands in undisclosed fees at payoff. Communication was terrible emails and calls went unanswered for days. They failed to send mortgage statements and inflated the final payoff with questionable legal fees, jeopardizing my refinance. Their practices felt predatory and unprofessional. I would never recommend Crowd Lending to anyone looking for honest and transparent lending. Stay far away.
