      I was assigned to Computacenter/ABM through Motion Recruitment with verbal assurance of a hire from the client. Despite repeated client praise and conversations about conversion, no written updates were ever provided. After requesting clarification, I was suddenly removed from the role without cause, written notice, or a chance to respond.I believe this reflects poor contractor management, lack of transparency, and misleading onboarding practices. I am seeking formal documentation of the termination decision and a review of how this was handled to prevent similar treatment of future contractors.

      I was contacted on my personal cell phone for a B2B sales call while I was out of the office. My cell number is not published anywhere on my professional sites, yet this company called my personal phone on my day off. I asked where he got that number , and he said US Phone Book and then hung up on me when I asked to speak with his supervisor. I then called the main number for the **************** and was put in contact with the director at the office. She confirmed that they instruct their sales team to find personal cell numbers for business calls. Thoroughly inappropriate. And no, I have never done business with this company before.

      This company uses shady strategies for business.Background I have never used motionrecruitment.com and suddenly I get a text message and email from their team lead, ***********************************, asking if I am open to a new role. I use my phone to text message them back and ask them how they got my phone number and they said that I applied on their website in the past.I ask ******* to remove my contact and did not get a response. Again, the following day, I ask ******* if my contact was removed and did not get a response.I'd question doing any business with this company as they have shown that they need to lie and withdraw in order to do business.
