      Hi, I'm requesting that my complaint with the BBB be reopened (complaint ID *********. This is in regards to a complaint I submitted requesting that Fastpeoplesearch.com remove any and all links they created with my name and information to draw traffic to their website. The link below is still active.

      Fastpeoplesearch.com said they would deactivate the link and put in a request with ****** to have it removed from ******. The information has not been removed. I'm requesting that ******************************************************* remove it immediately as this is a safety concern.

      This is a website that shows and sells personal information. They have a FAQ section that suggests you have remove your information from showing in searches, BUT there are no forms, or anything that I can find that allows this. Additionally, when I called the help line it hung up on me multiple times.

      this business has all of my personal information online. this is an invasion of privacy and it needs to be removed immediately. i have sent them emails and called 4 times and calls just disconnect and they dont respond to emails. what they are doing is illegal

      FastPeoplesearch deleted my profile after a long struggle but still lists 2 of my phone numbers as related to a former significant other who never owned these phone numbers. They have openly refused to correct this knowingly wrong information and stated they will do nothing to correct it or help me. This is while I frequently get spam calls looking for my former significant other because of them. I have asked multiple other data brokers sites to correct this data and only FastPeoplesearch and their sister site usa-people-search have refused.

      I will accept a response if and when both numbers are taken down. Through email you said deleting the number was not possible as it's like an address and now you are saying it is which is acceptable, but I want it done before I accept. As soon as both are removed reply to this and I will accept the response. Won't accept until it's done as I was quoted 3 to 5 days to opt out when it took well over 2 weeks.
