      The transaction occurred on 2/10/2024. I paid a total of $2,392.00 for a functional glass art piece By artist *********************** (a.k.a Micro). After purchasing the peice, it was discovered via a signature on the side that the artist was not ***********************. Because the piece was false advertised, I not only bought something I would not have had I know the truth about it, I spend approximately $500 over the actual value of the piece. The owner refused to refund the glass citing it was used and he cannot take back used glass. He also offer $150 in store credit which is not acceptable given the actual value of the art. The transaction number is ******. The only advertising involved was the sales tag on the item when it was on the shelf at the store and the confirmation from the sales person that it was in fact a *********************** original art peice.

      City Smoke Shop **************************** Complaint # ******** Hello, In regard to this complaint, we would have considered a return and full refund if the customer had not used the item. Even though we are not obligated to, we offered additional $150 store credit in good faith even though we have already sold the item to them. The customer thoroughly inspected the item prior to purchasing. Unfortunately we simply cannot accept any returns of a used glass piece as it is unhygienic and against company policy. Thank you.
