      Sold a minor sneakers for $328. He walked 50' out the door told me the cost, I went back in immediately to return the sneakers because we're not paying that much for sneakers. They absolutely refused to take them back. They never told my son the sale was final. Awful company with no integrity. They should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to a minor.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.naged to find), I've been able to get 8 pairs returned to me. I have reason to believe they have more of my pairs, but unfortunately I have no way to confirm this as their system has changed twice in the past two years and almost nothing of mine has been migrated. The value of the pairs still in their possession exceeds $3000. I would like any and all remaining pairs returned to me, and I'd like to be paid out for any pairs that have gone "missing" (which seems to mean they were sold and not logged in their system). Every day these shoes sit in their possession, I'm losing money, and this has been ongoing for YEARS now.

      I consigned a pair of Yeezy boost 380 Hylite Glows back in 2021. Shoes did not sell right away and they've been with Laced at one of their mall locations for over a year. Then I got an email on October 24th stating that my shoes had sold for 375 bucks. I again got another email with a shipping label with instructions to ship to shoes. However they've had the shoes the entire time. I never collected them from them. I'm not sure why I got that second email with instructions to ship the shoes. I've been unable to log into there online platform for consigners and I've sent several emails to their inbox for questions and I've yet to receive a response. I even went in person on November 15th to one of their locations in ******* ************* at the **************** and spoke with an employee. That employee said his manager would get back to me and no one's responded. I'd like laced to send me the money for the shoes they sold or if they never sold them, give me the shoes back and I can sell them somewhere else.

      We would like to address your complaint as quickly as possible. I recommend you contact the store it was consigned at, and speak to a manager. Also please email the details of this shoe, your full name, email, shoe, size, location it was co signed to ********************************* 

      we would only ask you for a shipping label if you needed the shoes shipped back to you. Otherwise they would be available for pick up instore.
