    Received a letter after I formed an LLC from this company. Its purposely written to look like its from the State of Massachusetts requesting a ***** charge to verify that Im a taxpayer in Good Standing. Wrote the 3 checks (3 LLCs) at a total of ****** Spoke to my attorney later about the charge (She put together my LLCs), and she told me that I was completely scammed as shes already paid the state and that the charge was only 25.00.The fact that this scam company has an address at ************************ (heart of ******) and still exists baffles me. Please shut them down as they are clearly not a genuine business.

    Fake company that sends out phishing mail for "Certificates" Contact information on your page is even fake

    My husband and I hired ****** in 2017 to put a new roof on our home at **********************************************************. This metal room came with a life time warranty and has been leaking since 2018. They did come out once when scheduled and fix one area that was leaking around an exhaust vent. The roof in our living room continued to leak and we have been contacting them to again come out and look they have not kept the appointments that were set up and once this summer a gentleman did show up and told us that it was because of ice back up in the winter and that we needed to put heat tape on the edge of the roof. Two weeks after this visit in July we had torrential rain and the roof leaked again. They agreed to come out for an appointment on 10/5/22 at 10 AM but never showed till very late afternoon still there is no clear solution. I am hoping that your organization can assist in getting them to do the right thing. I have uploaded the contract we signed.
