      I was in the process of being a surrogate for this agency and I completed all of the steps and was promised compensation after completing them. I got rejected after the screening evaluation about 2 months in and they never paid me. Multiple workers told my husband and I they will compensate me after completing the screening process. They have been ignoring my texts and calls! They owe me 500$ its advertised on their website, thats one of the main reasons I went with this agency! I wrote a complaint to the website and then I finally got a response to my many messages telling me I am eligible for the screening fee and they sent an email for my direct deposit but never paid me. I have tried handling this with them and they will not respond!

      Hello,

      Attached is the confirmation that the deposit was made and received on Lakkin's end on 5/16/2025. Sensitive account information has been redacted.  Accounting confirmed that if Lakkin is claiming she hasn't received it, that would be an issue she has to take up with her bank as it would be a problem on their end, not ours.  We sent this confirmation to Lakkin on 6/2/2025 and relayed this same information. 

      We confirmed that Lakkin has not reached out to anyone at Circle since 5/13.  The last text messages she exchanged with her advisor were on 5/12.  Solveig at Circle spoke to Lakkin's grandmother who called to complain about the screening fee that same day (5/12).  Solveig emailed Lakkin on 5/12 to tell her she was looking into the situation and again on 5/13 to confirm to her that the payment was being processed and she could expect it to arrive later that week (which the confirmation shows that it did). In that email on 5/13,  Solveig told her that if she didn't receive the payment by the end of the week to reach out to me and I would look into it further. No one from Circle has received any communication from her since that time so to say she's been reaching out without response is disingenuous.
