    Received a gift card - same day I booked a tour for 4 months in advance. Two weeks before I emailed to confirm where to meet and they said this was cancelled. As of August 2022- they couldn't offer another date until May 20, 2023 (despite my original certificates expiring 260 days after it was issued on May 1!) . Refused to refund and are not compliant with ** laws including "under ************* law, a gift certificate or a merchant credit slip (given for returned merchandise) must be redeemable for a minimum of seven years from its date of issuance (M.G.L. c. 93, s. 14S)." Furthermore "whoever, after having sold a gift certificate refuses to redeem the certificate before it has reached the expiration date, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300". They should be punished for not providing a tour within the unreasonable expiration date. Back and forth emails with no empathy and absolute no regard for their responsibility on the actions in which they took - irresponsible for booking, communicating, providing any appropriate customer service. Will plan to highly recommend ANY company's tour over this one and I haven't even been on the tour yet.
