    On Sunday December 4, 2022 I called Downtown Boston Towing at 5:18 PM requesting a tow truck from ***************. to Dorchester, MA. They texted me a link for information to give me an estimate, which I did, for $195. I gave them my card info, and they took out the money, and told me the time estimate was 40 minutes for a truck to get there. At 6:05 (50 minutes later) I received a call from the tow truck driver asking for more information, and he informed me Downtown Boston Towing (DBT) did not contact him until just then, but estimated he would be there to tow me in 40 minutes. I then called DBT to complain and ask for a refund, and was hung up on by three different customer service representatives. At 7:02 I called the tow truck driver again to see where he was, and I was told that DBT never sent him payment, so he was not coming to tow me. I then called DBT again to complain and seek a refund, and was told I had to talk to a supervisor Monday morning. The tow truck never came, and after 2.5 hours of sitting in my car in the dead of winter with an engine that was consistently overheating and smoking, I was forced to risk my life by driving the car to the Dorchester mechanic myself. I called this morning, at the time they requested I call, and their phone system is turned off.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  They have igngored me co platelet.
