  They was no parking sign, they just towed my car. And told me paid $170 for cash only not accept credit card. look like scam.

  The guy is rude, arrogant and was threatening us. I don't understand how this company exist. I am there to get the car, not to be threatened.

  I double-parked my car literally for two minutes, and when I came out, this incredibly RUDE tow truck driver had already had my wheels clamped. He said he would take $54, CASH to release my car, and pointed me to the *** next door to get the money. When I came out, he took my car away anyways. One woman who worked at that building saw what happened to me, came out and told me this happens ALL THE ***** This tow company is like running a scam to unsuspecting drivers who aren't even illegally parking, and just stopping momentarily. She told me even this had happened even to folks who own the parking spots in the lot. When I eventually got to their lot, the equally RUDE woman at the counter said it'd now be $148, CASH. After I paid and got the receipt, it was $147.64. I asked for the change, and she replied, "No ********************* I got into my car, I found that the tow driver damaged my car, and all the electronics flashed warning (including my ABS, airbag). This company really needs to be SHUT DOWN. How could the ******** still let this company operate so blatantly and run a scam like this? (There are far more negative reviews of this same company on Yelp.)

  My car was towed from a spot that I PAID FOR through spot hero and was parked totally validly. I called to ask about getting my car back and asked why it was towed, the woman told me over and over that it was not parked in a spothero spot and I told her i am literally looking at a sign that says reserved for spot hero at the spot i was in She yelled at me and hung up the phone. This tow was completely invalid and they are wildly rude. Now I have to miss a show I paid tickets for to go get my car back to avoid their $35 per day fee. S**** these guys.

  I stopped in an empty lot with two closed businesses for two minutes and was immediately towed (after two minutes!! LITERALLY!). Even though my car was not even on the truck yet, they towed the car and charged me the maximum fee. The lot was 7 minutes away, so the truck was already waiting for cars to park in the lot. They are a predatory business and should be closed.

  I was towed in the middle of the night at my apartment complex where I have been living in for the past 3 years. I called to verify my car was there and when I went to go pick up the car and asked why it was towed, the man at the front desk became extremely aggressive and rude. At that point, I decided it was not worth it and just decided to pay to retrieve my car. I told the man that I'll go inspect my car for any damages before paying and he continued being rude/aggressive and told me to trust him and just pay him. When I told him I want to ************ my car before paying, he told me "just get out of here, you can't have you car." while standing up from his chair behind the front desk. I did not want this to escalate the situation so I just decided to pay him and drive my car off the lot.

  This is a predatory towing company that needs to be out of business. I parked after hours in a multi-business lot that was totally empty and my car was towed within 2 hours. I understand the need for removing vehicles where they don't belong, but the practices employed by towing companies like ******'s should be illegal.

  They overcharged me, had me pay $200 for my car that was only in the towing lot for 15 minutes. The man at the desk could not explain how he had gotten that total and said that I needed to pay or else my car would be stuck there. How can he charge me for something and he cant even explain the price himself? Also $200 for 15 minutes is ridiculous, my car was 3 miles.
