      Signed up for payment plan Made 2 payments on plan no problem Went to make third payment 10 days early and no longer on payment plan. I needed to sign up again for payment plan but now much higher price. Contacted company never want to answer directly my questions. Told initially that if I want lower monthly payments I should have signed up earlier for auto payment plan but-but I did Later told maybe there was an error Well that is not my problem I paid monthly as planned Emails are just runaround after runaround

      Dear *******, 

      I apologize for the confusion and any frustration this has caused.

      I am looking at your account and you originally did one-time payments via ACH rather than signing up for automatic payments.  Automatic payments take the total amount due and then separates it to monthly or bi-weekly payments dependent upon your choice.   If you had done that on your first payment you would have the total cost of $6193 separated into 6 monthly payments of $1032.16.  But as you manually paid $200 on November 9th, then $685 on December 5th you owed $5308.  That was then split between 4 payments of $1327.  You are still payment the same amount overall it is just broken down differently because you didn't start the first automatic payment until January 3rd. 

      I hope that helps.  You are still paying the same amount.

      No as I submitted a photo of my payment it was 885 per month ************ payment plan has error as your email explained I signed up for payment plan initially As I have done before with another student Your customer service is poor I submitted what I told was owed and your sight had on it that there was problems with payment Plus could not access on Dec 26 I had payment plan due on 11 of each month

      Wrong as well because I signed again when I saw 11 had full payment I resigned up for Jan 1 payment Plus your company said Crowd Source sent me email saying there was problems with payment plan- never received
