    I had a ride on Thursday with Wanderu. The bus smelled like an unplugged refrigerator with spoiled milk inside. Didn't notice that until the doors closed and we pulled off. The bathroom was unsanitary before we left. The trip took 2 extra hours and we left on time. I'm ok with the extra time because that is exactly how long it takes to get to *******. The trip was 8 hours and 30 min. They said it would *********** hours 40 min. Only if you speeding the whole way and make one stop. My nose was covered due to smell and it was not working. The bus smelled terrible. I guess you get what you pay for. They only giving you a seat on the bus. No guarantee it will be clean or that you can breathe. No wifi although I didn't need it. They should clean the bus. The ride was fine it I could have opened a windows or it didn't smell so bad. The driver was nice enough. He let people get time to go to the bathroom off the bus. That's probably where the time went waiting for bathroom.

    No courtesy or accountability. They will operate only in the best interest of the business. They could care less about service or accommodating customers even if theyve made a mistake. I read the terms and policies. Upon reading the service dog section. I was denied from bringing my trained *** dog onto the bus. She was properly harnessed and secured in a 16X10 travel bag. They recommended I reschedule pr get a refund which wouldve only further inconvenienced me. Their policy did not say that *** dogs were not allowed, nor did it specify what type of training was required. I feel discriminated against since my disability was not obvious they did not want to comply with *** guidelines. Lastly, they changed the location of my destination without any notice. They failed to notify customers of any route changes that *** cause inconveniences. For anyone reading this, please be aware of this company and how they operate. They are quick to take your money, will discriminate against you, and will leave you stranded. I would give 0 stars if I could.

    Just waited for an hour for the bus. (4:05 am) Called 12 times and didn't get an answer until 5:05 am only to be told "I didn't see your ticket, so I didn't tell the driver to pick you up". I only bought this ticket to catch a flight in *********. The employee hung up in my face when I asked her to compensate me for my time and inconvenience. Won't ever buy a ticket from this company again.

    I purchased 2 bus tickets from wanderu for 43 dollars from ******** ** to ******** ** when i get the tickets the tickets are saying I'm leaving out of ***** ** I just want my tickets or my money back again im in billing not *****
