    I am visiting ************, **. *********** is advertising on signs that you can Get $5 via cash app or Venmo when you purchase any (1) can of Sun cruiser. However, when you scan the ** code it is not in fact any (1) can, but rather a full case (which you cannot even purchase at the bar they are advertising), or 2 smaller cases, or lastly 3 24oz drinks. They are deceiving buyers to purchase their beverage and not fulfilling their end.

After investigating with the rebate and local team there in North Carolina, it appears the offer you saw was placed incorrectly and was not available for you. We have notified the team and they are addressing that in the area. 

    Again, we are sorry for the confusion and rebate not going through for you. As a one time courtesy, I had emailed you directly with a link to a virtual prepaid debit card that you may choose to go towards your next purchase of Sun Cruiser. If you have any further questions, you can follow up by replying to that email. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We hope you will give Sun Cruiser another chance.

    Didnt honor a rebate offer. Complete Al steps as described by the business. Claim rejected with no explanation.

If you would like to connect with our team here at Boston Beer, you can go directly to the brand website for whom you had that rebate form, and reach out via our contact form on that page. 

    All our rebates are managed by a third party. To redeem, check on the status of, or otherwise inquire about a rebate status or rejection, please contact ******************* to connect with the rebate company directly. From there a rebate specialist will be more than happy to help you out.

    On Sept 5 ***** o bought a 12 pack of truly from ******* on *************** in ********** and on Sept 7th I noticed that 2 cans were hafe empty o contacted truly and spoke to Tova and customers relations she was going to send me a email to send her the info she requested as of today after numerous phone calls and messages Tova has yet to call me back or send the email

We had reached out back on September 12th via email, and never received a response. I have included my email to ******* below. We will correspond with ******* directly on a resolution upon her reply. If ******* is not seeing it, it could have been caught in a spam folder. 

     

    Dear *******,

    I am following back up from your submission on BBB and resending the note that Tova had send along back in September. Very sorry that there was a miscommunication there. 

    Tova had reached out on September 12th asking for the following information. I am not sure if you would still have any of the cans that you had an issue with. However if you do, there is one additional piece of information that can be useful to us if you have it: the inkjet code. This code is in dotted letters and numbers and is located on the bottom of the can and looks similar to this number format: P0181095043. This will allow us to trace everything we need to know about this can, back to when it was filled.

    On dec 17 I stopped and grabbed two 24 oz twisted tea went to my house and open the first drink as I got to the end of the drink I noticed it tasted differently then I noticed something touching my lip when I would take a drink I dumped the rest of beverage out and noticed there was something inside my can I cut the can open and there was a huge bug witch looked to be a cockroach

We take the quality of our products very seriously, and while I am not sure what went wrong in this particular case, I have alerted our Quality Team to investigate this problem further; from the photos you provided, they should have all the information that they need to do so.

    I have also gone ahead with a refund for some new cans Twisted Tea Original. Please allow 3-4 week for the check to arrive. Again, we are very sorry that this happened, and appreciate you taking the time to let us know, we are sincerely thankful for your help.
