      I accidentally created a double order on **** during a purchase. I made an offer on an item and then decided to pay full price to make sure I got it. They then intentionaly accepted offer after I bought the item and charged me for a second item, they then refused to refund me my money even tho it was a simple click, almost as if someone was scanned twice at ******* and they tell you that youre stuck with it. Its bad business. They refused to refund the second accidental order. They rejected it. Will not answer messages. Horrible business practices. ANY business that has integrity would understand the situation and the accident and would refund.This whole situation of accident purchase and then rejecting the cancelation happened within an hour of the accidental order.

      Here are the facts around this complaint, attached are the refund transactions.

      Customer ordered 2 laptops on Friday Dec 13th; one of the 2 orders placed was an accident on his part. He requested to cancel one of the orders, which is automated, somehow his cancellation request was declined. His messaging and cancellation were placed Friday Dec 13th after 5 pm EST which is typically when messages will rollover until the next day. On Friday night @8:49pm customer service representative personally emailed him to let him know we would take care of the issue the next morning. Saturday morning at 6:40 am we refunded him for the order he requested to cancel and sent a message letting him know the issue was resolved.

      We have not had any more communication from this customer since the refund was provided. His issue was resolved within 12 hours of his initial request.

      Hello, We wanted to follow up on this issue with you. We are finding there is an issue with all user requested cancellation requests where an hour after the request the cancellation is somehow rejected. We can guarantee you this was not intentional as we certainly would never want a customer to receive something they do not want and us as the seller would have to pay to get the item back along with other operational expenses to process a return. The Order no. ************** has been refunded in full, you should see this messaging by now from ****. We also see Order no. **************. This order also shows a cancel request, we have not yet cancelled but we can if you confirm. We are assuming you may still want this order and instead of cancelling we can still ship if you decide this is what you want us to do.Sorry about this confusion on the order cancellations, we took care of this for you.

      Hello, We can assure you that we would never reject an order cancellation request intentionally. We understand the cancellation request was denied but this was somehow denied systematically, and we do not know why. No matter what we will take care of this for you tomorrow morning and issue a full refund on the order you wanted to cancel. Sorry for this confusion, you will not be required to pay and accept a computer you do not want. CNE Direct

It has been professionally refurbished, inspected and cleaned to excellent condition by qualified sellers.The item includes original or new accessories and will come in new generic packaging. See the seller's listing for full detailsSo I sure hope it live up to expectations. Two negative feedback in a month will ****. I sure hope each item is exactly as described by ***** refurbished policy or youre going to be refunding either way and shipping.Have a good day. Im also making sure to leave a review and feedback on all 11 pages I found with this company online.May not seem like much but it for sure will change at least a couple peoples minds.

      Im not sure why you rejected the cancelation when it was an accident order of a second item.I was referred to this company by a guy named **** ****. He told my step dad he personally knows the owner **** ****** and that this company is a super honest company and all sorts for buying new used computers that are good. I was told if I had issues this company would take care of them, here I am, in an issue that yes, I created, but as a business Im not sure why you would stick a young kid like this. Im going to make sure my opinion get back of this company on this situation. Im just shocked right now honestly. Anways, thanks if any time was even taken to read any of these

      You can cancel the order for 330. I will obviously stick with my original intent of ****** without any issue. Im really sorry.
