    Hello.. I purchased a 2014 Palomino Sabre camper from Fuller RV for 34,000. It had a 90 day warranty. I purchased it in August 2022 and by September 2022 the grey water tank was leaking. I called fuller and she said she would call the repairman and he would call me to set up an appointment. He never called. I called fuller back and they said the same thing they would call repairman and he would call me.. same result .. this exact conversation went on for 4 months now with the same result no call no appointment and my camper still needing fixed.. I finally told fuller I want them to take their camper back and close the loan and give me my 10,000 dollar deposit back they said Absolutely not.! Now I cant get my camper fixed I cant sell it and they wont take it back .. I had one good camping month in this thing .. Thank you ***************

    My name is Sheri Fuller owner and operator of Fuller RV in response to ****** **** issue with the RV purchased June 22,2022 and delivered 2nd week in July, not purchased in August. After we set up and hooked up the unit, we performed the standard orientation for the 2nd time to ******* reminding him of the importance of the water regulator on the fresh water hose, procedure of emptying both waste water and soapy water tanks etc. After a few weeks ***** called and said there appeared to be a water leak under the unit and I sent my son Matt to investigate, and he observed the holding tanks over filled and pressurized with the emptying valves closed. Even though the interior monitor panel was registering full, the holding tanks were not timely emptied. causing the leak. After about a week went by ****** called to say it was leaking again, and we sent out Ryan from **** ** ****** ****** who reported the tank over full again and wouldn't touch it because it had cracked the pipe seal at the top of the tank this time, and spilled onto the outside undercarriage insulation, but still pulled the valves to empty the tanks so at least it won't leak until the next time they forget to empty them and over fill. Basically they didn't pay attention to our instructions of how to maintain the gravity emptying tank hoses to avoid kinks and empty the holding tanks for the 3 months they temporarily needed the RV before the campground closed October 15th for the winter, and they moved into a rental house. 
    Now that the need for the RV has been utilized for her intended purpose, we are willing to help by listing the unit for sale on our websites for ***** to sell at no cost or deduct the rental fee of $25,000 for their use before the rental house became available for them and refund the $11,000 purchase balance (minus any campground fees unpaid) and pick up the unit.
