Don't know how this company be accredited. Very bad experiences. The guys came to check the water leak without doing anything and charge me $220. Don't recommend anyone use this company.

We have a long history with ***************. Nearly everything we have ever done for him results in complaints and not wanting to pay for services. We have put a "no work for" on his account, however this one came in to our office under his pseudonym " **************************************". He called for a drain clog issue in a plaza he now owns or manages in ******** We sent our lead drain service technician to look at. He helped ********** determine where the drains ran to and told him that our plumbing estimator needed to address the issue and provide an estimate for repairs. ********** was billed for the time spent with ************** to go over ideas. We have GPS monitoring in our vehicle which can corroborate our time. Sorry that BBB had to get involved. Thank you

I own many properties and hired many plumbers and handymen and have never had any issues with any of them. My credit score is over 825. However, I don't like being taken advantage of. I don't mind paying, but you need to let me know in advance. This time, he never said he would charge, just take a look and provide an estimate. I will never pay someone if he doesn't mention before that would be cost. This company is weird, and will never be used. Again don't know why it's in accredited by BBB. Before I called any company, I will check bbb.org and hire only it's accredited.

With all due respect sir, you called and scheduled a service appointment. As a service business, our technicians time is what we bill for. As I said in the initial reply, we have had a long history with your complaints and unwillingness to pay. You used a pseudonym for this call because you knew that we would no longer work for you, whether it be an estimate or a service call. Please find some other company to scam. We are tired of spending our time dealing with your foolishness.

One of the worst experiences unfortunately.I had a visit to look at ceiling stain. The guy came and I almost showed him what could be reasons but he did not suggest any reason. He was a nice guy, spent about an hour but we did not reach final conclusion what is the problem.I got charged $220 for that. They charged my half an hour because travel time two-way!! Should I pay travel time for 15 minutes distance?I called the office, while a very rude guy talked to me in a very bad way and I was not even able to continue the call because of his rude way of talking. I am even trying very politely to tell him that I am your customer but he kept talking in a bad way.

The ceiling stain on the first floor was near your upstairs bathroom. We checked all the fixtures for leaks, including the walls and floor near the tub/shower. This took over an hour to do all the checks, and yes, we do charge for one-way travel to the jobsite. Once we had checked everything, we removed a ceiling grate and found a "damp-rid" container that had leaked and caused the ceiling stain. All total, we charged you for 2 hours, which is how long our efforts took to find your problem. After you received a bill, you called our office and belligerently began an argument, stating that our technician found nothing wrong with your plumbing system...you were correct. But he did find the cause of the ceiling stain, which is why you called us. If you go to a doctor because you think you have a serious illness, but the doctor finds that your symptoms are nothing serious, would you not be relieved and happily pay the medical bill? Same situation here my friend. We deserve to be paid for the time spent finding the cause of your symptom, and you should be happy that there is nothing wrong with your plumbing systems. Please do not call us again.
