    Hi-We live at the *************** ************* in ********* and our management company is Salisbury Management. Since the moment we moved in here it has been nothing but issues and this company trying to do things half of what needs to be done. The most current issue is we have squirrels and we have them because the vent on the outside of the home was broken and not installed correctly. For two weeks they have said someone would come out to fix it. The latest was it wasn't good practice to come see the issue in person to be told by Nolan fine I will stop by 8/830 on 9/11 to never show up. Nolan also said someone did come and they haven't. I can't fix the inside of the home until they do the outside and this is a health hazard due to the urine and feces left by the squirrels that I want to take care of myself but can't again until they do the vent. Other ongoing issues are damage from woodpeckers still not patched and porch and tree issues. I keep being told there is work orders in but nothing ever happens. We pay a very hefty condo fee for little to no service and there is no accountability.

    We understand your frustration in this matter.  I don't feel that your comment that "this company is trying to do things half of what needs to be done" is fare.  We work for the Board of Trustees and are bound by an annual budget.  Repairs are made in a worst first manner.  Since you have moved in, significate money has been spent by the Board of Trustees on your unit including a new roof, new driveway and new walkway.   As far as this immediate matter with the squirrels, Nolan was in contact with ********************.  They told us it would be addressed by 9/1.  Since we have happily used ******* for 25+ years, Nolan assumed the work was done.  Nolan found out on 9/8 that it was not completed and even had a telephone conversation with you on the same day about it.  As of today, we have contacted another vendor to address the problem and get quick resolution.  We are sorry for the amount of time this has taken but unfortunately a vendor let us down.
