    On 7/21/2023 Amazing Asphalt & Paving *** arrived at ********************************************* to perform the job to perform the job both parties agreed to in the contract. On 7/24/2023 Amazing Asphalt & Paving *** finished working. On 7/30/2023 it was observed that the work performed was not aligned with what was written in the contract. After one week of the work performed, vegetation started to grow through newly paved area that Amazing Asphalt & Paving *** worked on. The contract states that the area will be excavated to a minimum of 6 inches and an aggregate base will be constructed and compacted. Vegetation or grass will not grow with aggregate, meaning the area was not excavated to minimum of 6 inches and an aggregate base was not constructed, therefore resulting in the breach of contract. I have pictures and videos that demonstrates the blantant breach of contract committed by Amazing Asphalt and Paving ***.On 08/09/2023, Amazing Asphalt returned and did not repair their mistake the correct way. They used a torch to removed grass from the surface of the asphalt and poured asphalt onto the areas. Amazing Asphalt and Paving *** did not honor their contract, and did not provide a service that they stated they would provide. In a result of this contract breach, my property will now not have the proper drainage and will destroy my property over time. I have given *************************** numerous chances to reach out to me and invited him to my property to take a look at the work that was done by his crew. Every time I gave an opportunity for them to right a wrong, they only showed continued to worsen the situation. *** has offered me a total amount of $750 as a refund, but I have already received multiple quotes from reputable asphalt companies that quoted me $2,400- $3,000 to repair the damages causes by Amazing Asphalt and Paving ***.
