      I started working for the company in January 2022 and was trained some in their ********** ** location and then went to work in their Braintree location, to do some more training and take on the responsibility of operation manager. I moved myself and my family close to Braintree so that I may be close to work, but was fired in May 2022.When I arrived to the Braintree location there was a young kid that they had as there operation manager, and who was supposed to train me and help me get started with that location. However this young kid ****** was not passing the responsibility, what I had learned from ***** was how to organized drivers with in the system and safety protocols. asked many questions but yet I still was not getting anywhere***** still had a grasp on the operations. When I had asked him to release the responsibility he then begin to argue and nothing was solved. I noticed people in the office were talking about me, I also will mention that in my first weeks I was pulled into a little group meeting with some of the warehouse workers and they wanted to tell me how it works in the Braintree location, and that they report and take direction from some one else. I could feel the tension in the air everyday I arrived to work. So I reach out and spoke to my boss over the phone. When I mentioned to her how I was feeling and was I was witnessing this is where I learned of rumors that had been said about me that I had left a ****** tampon in the toilet or that I had been sleeping with multiple employees. Prior to these rumors HR and my boss told me to take down my Instagram photo because the guys at wallboard saw my risqu picture and shared it amongst themselves, the picture was also talked about in the Manchester location. Anyhow when continuing the conversation with my boss I tried to search for answers or Guidance on how to help but nothing solved. I was fired with out explanation in may and had learned out why later.
