      I purchased a kitchen from Cabinets to go in ********** store. This includes kitchen cupboards and quartz countertop. Everything was great and I loved the finished product. However, within six - seven months a crack appeared in the quartz countertop. I called the company - ******************* and notified them about it. Several weeks later they said they would contact me for replacement. Then suddenly they changed their minds and ordered some kind of "Thermal shock Test." Someone from the company came to my house and rubbed red wax crayon on the surrounding area not on the crack. After this process. I did not hear back from them for a while. When I called they told me they will not replaced the countertop and I should contact Cabinets To Go.I contacted Cabinets To Go customer service and they started looking into my complain. After a couple of weeks. I called they told me the company will not replaced my countertop because it failed the "Thermal Shock Test" and the reason why it failed is because I placed hot pan on the countertop that is why it cracked.I DID NOT place any hot pan on the countertop. I told Cabinets To Go that I did not do such thing. I like the countertop and It cost a lot of money. They refused to believe me and refused to honor my request for replacement. Now I am left with a cracked countertop, which is getting longer and wider everyday, after paying $16,639.41 for the kitchen remodel. I would like BBB to have them replaced my quartz countertop, It is less than a year, the product is still under warranty. They should do the right thing and stand by their product. Please help me! This is not fair. I am looking forward to your help. Thank you.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Since I filed the complain with BBB I have heard from Cabinets To Go.

      I ordered kitchen cabinets on 8/09/22 which cost me over $6,310.59. On 8/16/22 I received a telephone call from their shipping company telling me that they would deliver on 8/17/22 between 12:00-3:00. At 3:00 no delivery was made. I then called *** at the shipping company to find out about the delivery but he didn't answer and sent me an immediate text telling me that he would call me back. After a bit of time, I called him again and he was rude and unprofessional. He said he has no way to know where his drivers are once they leave the warehouse. The driver and 2 other employees showed up to my house at 6:37 pm. They all smelled of marijuana. Not only did I smell it but my kids and my father did as well. As they were here, we checked the items off as they were being delivered and we noticed that one cabinet was not delivered. It is WC1236WH so I called ********** store as well as sent an email to let them know. I also have the packing slip where the driver indicated that this cabinet was in fact not delivered. I was told to contact the customer service department at *************. I spoke to ******* ************. She ordered another cabinet and has been emailing me with updates. Last time I spoke to her on Tuesday 8/26/22, she told me that the cabinet was in the process of being shipped to their ************* warehouse in ********** and should be there soon. The warehouse would then send the cabinet to ********** store for me to pick up. This morning (9/2) I called ********** store and spoke to ******. He said that he showed on his computer that the cabinet is in ********** and he would call them and call me back. ****** just called me and told me that the ********** warehouse told him that it's been delivered on 8/17/22. How can that be if the order for the missing cabinet was after the 17th? ****** said that he would call the warehouse tomorrow if they are open. I seem to be getting the run around when all I want is my missing paid cabinet.
