      I was with this company for over a decade until I had purchased a new car in March this year and my insurance policy was completely mishandled. An agent sent me to the *** with an RTA saying I needed to sign and bring to there in order to add my car to the policy and they couldnt get someone to do it for a week themselves. I thought that was handled through Carvana but did so anyways. Then the *** told me there was nothing to do for me and they didnt understand why I was sent there. I also received a check for $8 on return payment after adding a car and I called and told all this and the agent was so confused and thought I had sold my Corolla in order to purchase my new vehicle. I told them I never did nor planned to at any point and thats why I thought they started this new policy because of their error and needed me to start from there which was fine. I have no idea what happened here because I am not an insurance agent. I paid a one time payment online for the new policy and was told I did not have to pay it in full and that I could make monthly payments of $95. Then suddenly there was no payment, lapse of payment, and no possible way to help me get a new policy. ****, the manager I was transferred to instead of looking into the situation and trying to find a resolution, he laughed and repeated only we have nothing in the market for you.Now there was lapse of payment after I have been reaching out to agent ********** multiple times and signing paperwork and asking about payment to make and have it show up on my app to make easier payments. No market for my insurance cause it looks like I dont pay which is never the case. My bank account was on the app but I was never explained that they dont hold bank account on their end for privacy policies.Poor quality service. Unprofessional. Lack of integrity. I wonder if they have new people there because it never was like this before.
