    I paid him to replace ******* switch in new oven he seemed to be having trouble putting it in finally said all set paid him 285 dollars and seven months later not working called him about it said only lasts *************************************************************************************************************************************** installed. Incorrectly he hung up on me

    I went to this incredible pig pen 7 months ago. I did have trouble replacing her igniter (NOT "switch"...) as they use fine thread screws, which are often difficult to remove due to being heated to over 2000 degrees repeatedly.. I got them out so this maenad wouldn't have to pay for a new manifold. Shame on me... When she called yesterday and wanted the job redone completely for free, I explained that the MANUFACTURERS only warranty the part for 90 days. Before I could tell her that I would ignore the warranty and not charge for the part, only labor, SHE hung up on ME, not the other way around as she also misrepresented.. She also hung up before I could explain that the problem could be the controls or gas valve.She can stick this complaint where the sun don't shine. This my second BBB complaint since 1986. The first one complained that I charged her too much when Is actually only charged her $25 for a job that ordinarily would have been over a hundred because I thought she was a "nice old lady". Shame on me. Again... **************** can go... Well, she can.
