    Poor customer service *****. Upon arrival at the office, I was told I missed my appointment and had to reschedule. Their system as well as the reminder email showed that my appointment was 2/1/24 at 12:00AM. My appointment was in fact for 1pm. How is that possible...12am? Took them a few minutes to realize the time and then had to find a doctor to do my appointment.2. Inaccurate billing - claimed that my service required more than routine eye exam. My visit was only for a routine eye exam per the billing codes. They billed my insurance company vs my eye insurance company. My insurance company denied the claim. I had to call Braintree Eye, ask for a review and they said the claim was submitted incorrectly and will resend to eye insurance company. No apology
