      I purchased a professional astrology software this organization sells called solar fire 12/21/22 with an additional asteroid add on feature and as soon as I installed the software I noticed the asteroid add on feature I purchased in the software was not working and I reached out to them 12/23/22 and i first initially reached out to their customer service phone number where the representative said she didnt care and I had to email ***************** I have been back and forth with technical support and as of 12/28/2022 they stated the file locations are in the correct locations in the pc and should be working properly but the software was not functioning at the capacity I purchased and they have ended communication with me.

      We are sorry this customer had difficulty using an additional Add on product they purchased
      Solar fire and the Asteroid add on both installed properly. We assisted the customer over the holidays to  configure the Asteroid add on to display what they wish.  Information from the customer indicates they did not complete the instructions. Customer was sent step by step instructions. The customer responded it did not work, then stated they would dispute the charges. We responded explaining the steps we think they missed and did not receive a response from the customer. We are happy to  continue working with the customer to resolve their issue.  We have not had a customer that could not Use Asteroid Add on
