I was recommended to this business by ********************* in order to get a land surveyor and engineering done in order to replace a septic system. I was given a plan which multiple contractors have needed clarification about to do the septic replacement. I have reached out many times via phone number and via email through the email attached to the business website. My first and now my third contractor have all left voicemails and calls without ever getting a response. I have heard from the guy once about getting the perc test and land survey done and that happened last December. He called to say that the septic cant be done until a town meeting with DPH was done and that wouldnt happen until January. The hearing happened and it was approved for the septic to be done. After giving him a total of $2000 deposit, I have not been able to get in touch with him in regards to clarification to the plan that he made. And I have had two contractors who were trying to get in touch to clarify the plan that he drew up and n one can get in touch with him. It has delayed the septic getting replaced for a year now and I cannot go ahead with finishing up the renovation to my house and move in until the septic has been replaced.

    E. T. Engineering Enterprises, **** (hereinafter also referred to as ETEEI and/or we) was hired by Ms. ******* ****** and her mom, through their real estate agent, ******* **** of **** Home Search, to assist them with the design of a septic system upgrade plan for their single-family home at *********************************************************  She paid the required deposit and we conducted the necessary soil tests at the site, performed land survey work, designed the upgrade septic system plan, filed for and obtained approval of the plan by the Town of *********************  Ms. ****** waited for several months after the plan was approved by the ******************** before initiating any discussions with potential contractors for the work.  **** ****, the first contractor that she was to engage, reached out to me and I answered his questions, and a few months went by and nothing happened.  I asked Ms. **** of the status of the project and she indicated that Ms. ******* boyfriend would undertake the work and that **** **** was no longer going to do the work.  After a long pause in communication, Ms. **** reached out to me circa September 12, 2024 to inform me that Ms. ****** had contacted another contractor, ******* ****** who was trying to reach me a week prior, but was unable to reach me, and I expressed my surprise as to how he was not able to reach me.  It turned out that he had called my landline number which was out of operation because of water damage from flooding.  I contacted Mr. ****** immediately with my cellphone number and we were able to chat, and I answered his questions by phone on September 13th.  I believe that Ms. ****** may have started renovation work inside the dwelling, because it needed some work and potentially has run into financial constraints, making it difficult for her to fund the septic system upgrade work.  It is rather preposterous for her to somehow claim that her contractor not being able to reach me inside of a week of calling my landline number (albeit Ms. ****** had my cellphone number and email address and could have easily reached me by either medium), is the reason she is unable to do the work.
