  Bay State did an AMAZING job with our house. We originally hired them to redo 2 bathrooms - then, after a different company backed out of our HVAC installation right before the winter, Bay State came to the rescue and did a wonderful job with the remodeling required for that, too. We decided to expand the scope of our home remodel (to include a kitchen remodel, opening up the floorplan, etc.) because we were so impressed with the quality of their work, and we are very happy with the results. It was a pleasure working with Marcio, Andreina, ****** ******* Mr. ****** *****, and everyone else involved in the project. We are so glad we went with Bay State - they are professional, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and committed to quality. Also, they know how to make things look really good!

  We were so happy with how our project turned out from Bay State Remodeling! From the design to the final product, they really made our dream kitchen come to life. We fully renovated our kitchen to create a more modern look and open the ground floor layout, which before was outdated. The project team included *****, ******, ***** and ********; they were so professional, communicative, and helpful along the way. Throughout each step of the project, they kept us updated on progress, scheduling of different vendors, and made decision making easier as the project unfolded. They were organized, professional and the complete gut / renovation was completed in less time than we had anticipated and ensured that they project was completed in the best way it could be. We would recommend them to friends and family, and we would definitely use their company again for future projects. Thank you Bay State!

  This was our third project with Bay State (complete kitchen remodel). It would be hard to overstate how great they are to work with. So professional, knowledgable, organized, and caring with details. The project was 100% on time (2 months), and at the budget we expected. I appreciated how invested they were with the outcome being perfect, and not just the bare minimum to get the job done. Would 100% recommend them or work with them again.A few people in particular: ******** was always on top of the schedule and details and great communication; ******, great eye and good advice on the finishing design touches; ****, very efficient with the initial stages of demo etc and made sure everything else in our house was carefully moved and covered; *** and *****, great advice at the beginning; ***** and *******, very helpful with design/sourcing. And all the subs were also fantastic, great at what they did and professional/communicative. Thank you!

  Bay State Remodeling had the confidence to fulfill our vision but also start and finish the job within a certain timeline. They didn't just remodel our kitchen, they completely transformed our space. What I appreciate most is how unified the team was. ********, *******, ****** and **** did a stellar job leading this project. They were always approachable and professional, extremely timely, paid *************************, and so savvy in coming up with solutions when the unexpected happened. They were impressive every step of the way. We are so grateful and in constant awe of our beautiful new kitchen.

  We hired Bay State to build a full bath, with a shower and stacking washer/dryer, at one end of an underutilized room in our home. We were delighted with the result, which has added to the functionality of the space as a guest room, office, and laundry. The team ably trouble-shot a difficult challenge involving running a ventilation pipe to the exterior to meet permitting requirements. We would especially like to thank ******, for his expert carpentry; ********, for keeping the project on track; *****, for her help in selecting finishes; and ******, for his precise tile setting. The team did an excellent job of integrating the new bathroom into the existing space, so it looked as if it had always been there. Thanks, Bay State!

  We are thrilled with the work done by Bay State! They completed a major renovation that took our **** tumbledown house into a solid, smart home. The team has been a complete pleasure to work with: available, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. With Ofirs outstanding oversight, ******** was always in contact and so helpful, and with ******* ready to discuss every choice, ****** expertly directed and advised construction, and other members of the team including *****, **** and ****** were fantastic. All of the work done has been highly professional and wonderfully competent. I very enthusiastically recommend Bay State.

  We used Bay State Remodeling to do a gut renovation of a small (50 sf) full bathroom in our **** Victorian house. They were terrific, from start to finish. At our initial contact in August, ******* discussed scope and provided an estimate. Upon signing a contract, **** put ** in touch with various partner vendors to select fixtures, trim, tile, and stonewwork in October: they provided great guidance. When the work began in January, project manager ***** kept ** apprised on the various steps (demo, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, etc.) and was very responsive to questions that arose. **** made sure that the necessary fixtures and materials were delivered when needed. ******, the *********, did beautiful work matching our existing Victorian trim. ********, the operations manager, juggled all the scheduling flawlessly, and our main contact once work started. The job was mostly done in 6 weeks. The glass shower door was delayed due to a problem at the vendor's end.

  We enjoyed working with Bay State as our contractor for a bathroom remodel and updating our living room with a new gas fireplace. *** and ******* really supported ** in designing our space and giving us detailed plans so we knew what to expect. ***** and ****** were incredibly supportive as they ensured the work was done on-time, in-budget and to our initial specifications. They were great at keeping us informed of changes, working through various options, and making sure we were happy with the final product. Along the way, ******** helped keep us informed of contractor appointments and made the billing process very easy. The subcontractors they utilized were all incredible and very easy to work with (and produced great results). Overall, we will definitely use Bay State again and are incredibly happy with the final results.

  Thanks so much to the team at Baystate Remodeling. *******************, ****, ******* and ******** were excellent at managing our first floor kitchen and bathroom renovation. The space looks better than we could have imagined. They met the timelines and all of the work was high quality and professional. Were very pleased with the results and would definitely use them again for other remodeling projects. We recommend them to anyone in the ****** area looking for design and build work.
