    My fiance **** ******* had purchased a ******* Galaxy s20 ultra 5g phone ($250 +15 tax= $265) with a case and ***************** for $53. He ordered it through a 3rd party Cell4less in Amazon and the phone didnt work right when we got it, it would keep shutting off, the screen was half frozen so u couldn't use it and the volume was messed up. We contacted customer service and the phone was still under warranty for 90 days so we received an email from A to Z saying they sorry for the inconvenience and they take full responsibility and the phone would be fully covered and we would receive a full refund back to our original payment method. So we got the refund of $240 but they ended up taking it right back for a "restocking fee." Never heard of it and the phone was broken so it's not going to be restocked so I called customer service again and talked to **** and they said they never heard of it and was going to escalate the issue to a supervisor. So he did and again we received a refund but it was only for the tax of $15 and now our Amazon account says that we have received our refund. We are still waiting on the " Full Refund" for the ******* Galaxy s20 ultra 5g phone for $250 ($249.99). Can you please help us resolve this issue ASAP as I have been without a phone and need to receive the $250 refund to our original payment method in order to get a new phone .
