      I wasnt sure if I should even award the Newbury Comics located in both the *********************, and the *********************************** locations? Apparently, the Manager of both locations. She is the most unprofessional,, disrespectful person, that I have ever had to deal with. While my young daughter (13 y/o), was shopping at Newbury Comics in the *********************, she was told that she is not allowed to return anything that she purchases from the store? Obviously, she was confused as to why this woman would approach her, and accuse her of stealing, then trying to return KPop merchandise? She has regular purchased items from Newbury comics, as she collects these cards, and merchandise. My daughter was singled out (profiled) and spoken to, as though she had done something wrong? I was approached by my tearful daughter, and she explained that this woman said that for her, all sales are final? She has done nothing to deserve this kind of profiling, When she brings home a KPop, opens a kit, and quickly realizes that the packages have been tampered with, she obviously feels as though she was suckered into thinking that shes purchasing something that is brand new, only to find out that someone previously opened, and defaced, removed what they wanted, then returned it. Only to be purchased by some poor kid that that worked hard to earn the money to purchase these albums. This extremely unprofessional woman explained that she was only reprimanding my daughter because she felt as though that my daughter was the person that was defacing, stealing what she wanted, then trying to return the obviously used items? She has zero evidence to support her foolish claims, besides that my daughter purchases a significant amount of these albums? Yet she explains that when the supposed stolen items, are returned, but she never finds anything missing? The obvious answer to these unprofessional accusations, would obviously be because she doesnt steal anything.
