    Around March 20, 2025. I spoke to Mr. *** ********************** of Morean auctions about any interest that he might have in auctioning off my collection of beer foam scrapers. I emailed him photos of my collection. He responded that he would indeed be interested. On March 24, 2025 I sent my collection of 243 beer foam scrapers together with a letter (copy enclosed) to him by mail as he suggested . I had registered this package, registration number RF ********* US, and insured in the amount of $14,300. (My review of ********************** Auction on line results since then has now increased the value to well over $15,000.) According to the **** tracking service, my item was delivered to an individual at the address at 2:14 PM on April 16, 2025.Starting in late-April 2025, I placed several calls and emails to Mr. ********************** and Morean auctions. I did not receive a reply from any of them. Around June 1, 2025 I contacted them again via their website, a copy of which is enclosed. I did not receive a reply to this either.Presently their phone is answered by a machine with a promise that they will get back to the caller.. I am yet to receive a return call. However, their auctions continue online.I do not know whether the package was received, and, as I suspect, I am the victim of the *******, or the package was not delivered, in which case the postal insurance would have to come into play.

    Hello,

    ****** emailed us on May 5, 2025 to ask if we received his foam scraper collection which he intended to consign to Morean Auctions.  On May 6, 2025 we replied that we did receive the collection.  Apparently he did not receive this email for some reason.  I have attached it.  I just spoke with ****** on the phone and we have cleared this up.  Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.
