    Hired Luke for a large addition (2600 SQFT), he underbid the entire project, sadly I accepted his bid. After sometime he started ignoring my calls/msg, went to his house a few times to communicate and to resolve an issue and tried to get him to start working again. He asked me for extra money twice which wasn't part of the contract but I did give him anyway. After some time he started ignoring my calls again. He ended up breaching the contract by abandoning the whole project, left 40 triaxle load (800 yards) dirt in our lawn (costed me $12k to remove that dirt alone from my lawn), he also left unfinished foundation, which later we found out that he measured it incorrectly from both ends costed us $22k to get that fixed. Luke looked like an honest family man so I hired him but made the biggest mistake of my life. He's very unprofessional. He put my entire family in stress for many many months because now we started this project which is really hard for us to financially complete because of his low bid and inability to judge the scope of the project. Summary: he not only abandoned my large addition project in middle but underbid the project approx $150,000 (yes that much) whatever he managed to complete was also incorrect which failed my inspection (foundation). All subcontractors which he hired very extremely unhappy with him and had the same complaints; Excavator, concrete guys- all had the same complaints. He owes them money too for their job which Luke never paid them. After all calculations, he owes me about $34,000 and we are stuck with this project and God knows when we will be able to finish this. I already have hired an attorney to take him to court and will explore LEGAL options to find a solution. This is my honest review of Luke P**** and Blueline Construction.
