On about April 2021, I brought my 2014 Chevy Silverado to Classic Haven Cars to purchase and install an engine. After about four months I started to notice a vibration that I could not find or identify. I brought it back to Classic Haven and they did not do anything about it and said it would be fine. After another 8 months, my vehicle was also having problems shifting. I again brought it to Classic Haven. They said they did not know what the problem was but thought it was a bad flex plate. I had a different mechanic change my flex plate, and during the repair the mechanic noted that the transmission and flex plate bolts were loose and removed them without any tools. No loctite was visible on the bolts. By this time it was too late and my transmission is now ruined. I returned again to Classic Haven and the owner tried to coerce me into a fight, while his employees stood by and laughed. I would like the company to pay for my damaged transmission.

    To Whom It May ************

In March of 2021 ******* asked out mechanic (***********************) who was living in ************************* house paying rent to help him.  His truck had a blown engine, and he was still making car payments which was sitting in his driveway.  We agreed to take on the job.  We finished the job and ******* was given back his truck.  In June he came in and we replaced 2 Sensors.

The summer of 2021 ***** moved out and he and ******* had an argument.  About a year after we installed the engine, ******* came in with a noise he was concerned with.  Our mechanic crawled under the truck and diagnosed the noise as either broken torque converter bolts or a broken fly wheel.  ******* did the job in his own driveway to make the repair.  He had to drop the transmission to make the repair.  Two months later his transmission went, and he somehow thinks we are responsible.    We do warranty our work, but his transmission issue was a year later and after he had worked on it himself.

He has shown up here on a couple of occasions yelling at our mechanic about a boat of Donnys being left on *****************.  Donnys sister has a child with ***************  I feel their may be some personal issues being brought into this situation.

Please let me know if you need anything further.
