I would like to start by apologizing for writing this review so late. About 6 months ago I had DWG fix an old Viking oven as well as an old refrigerator. This was much less than buying a new one. Although, the part was very expensive, he was honest about the price. He gave a fair price and good, honest service. I would highly recommend DWG appliances.DWG Appliance Repair LLC

******* was great! I found him to be responsive, professional and fair. He arrived on time, informed me of the issue with my dryer and how much it would cost. He cleaned up after his work, and followed up after the visit to make sure the problem had been fixed.DWG Appliance Repair LLC

We had an issue with our fan ****, ****** came out quickly and diagnosed the issue right away. He even gave us options on the repair, websites to order parts, and instruction on how to do it ourselves OR to call him back to get it done professionally. Then he checked in a week later to make sure we were set. You do not get professionalism and customer service like this all the time, so it is refreshing to now that DWG Appliance Repair is doing it the right way.
