    Horrible experience with *** ****** company ** *****. Kitchen addition with siding was started 09/20/23 and as of 09/14/24 is still not complete. Some cabinets were installed wrong and are now completely broken . We have cracks in the kitchen ceiling. Kitchen windows dont open and close properly. We STILL have grout stains all over backsplash and countertops even though they fixed it .They never sealed the crawl space into our existing basement( after being asked numerous times).Siding has bubbled in spots on front of house, is falling off in others, and there are places that they just left with no siding at all. The metal trim and gutters are visibly warped and uneven. The granite front steps were installed wrong and the steps are extremely uneven. They left our staircase inside unfinished and we have problems with our new windows and doors . There has been electrical problems that someone came to fix and never came back to finish. Some of our NEW living room walls are visibly wavey . All the new doors stick when open/close . The lights in foyer dont work. The list goes on and on. Company does attempt to rectify any of this just continues to blow us off. I have pictures of everything and a long communication record to back this up . PLEASE BE AWARE AND USE CAUTION!!!!! *** ***** is the owner of this company
