      We don't know where is the amount of money $159.96 we owe to the Gym even canceled membership since July-2024

      Hello,

       

      We have looked into Mr. ******** complaint. What we found was, yes while Mr. ****** did start the cancelling  process with *************; however, did not pay the last month due as it is a thirty day cancellation process.

      That said, we have canceled out Mr. ******** membership back dated to July with nothing further due.  In addition we have also pulled Mr. ******** account from collections.

      I entered into a contract on August 10, 2021 for access and use of Work Out Worlds' gym and equipment. It has continued to collect payments from me all through the pandemic even when it was closed and I had no access. It continues to try to collect monthly sums as well as a termination fee although I have not used their services in over a year. Now the company has placed my account with a collection agency and demands $98.00. I am disputing that I owe this debt at all.
