    Around 11/20/24 the following unfair or deceptive act occurred: Incomplete build of single-family residential house at ********************************** delivered. Several issues include: -Defective windows, doors, etc. that need to be repaired or replaced -Incorrect installation (e.g. backward washer/ dryer hookups, water line for refrigerator) ************ hookups for kitchen and dryer -Safety hazards such as plastic left on HVAC filter, missing stair rails in garage/ deck, no step outside of garage, shower caps left on smoke alarms, support wood beam in basement weathered, failing steps on porch/ deck, etc.) -Missing hardware (e.g. doorstops, towel holders, finishes on external faucets and fittings) customary to include in a house. Addition to violating Section 2 of Chapter 93A it violates the **************** Agreement dated 8/13/24. As a result of this unfair or deceptive act or practice, I suffered injury or loss of money as follows: -Water damage in basement and kitchen -Extensive house cleaning of the dust, dirt, trash, and construction debris -Inability to use defective windows, appliances, and other parts of the house -Rebuild of master bathroom shower -Inspector to review and correct HVAC installation -house settling/ sinking, affecting the hardwood floor, drywall and structural integrity of house -cracks in garage and basement due to incorrect setting of the concrete -roof repair -Additional contractor labor to correct remaining issues -out of pocket money to purchase missing hardware * Note: not a full list. Additional details in attachments. Thus I demand the following: -Reimburse me $18,337.50 now for expenses already incurred: ***** to purchase microwave oMaster bathroom contractor work oElectrician to run cable/ethernet line into house and update the voltage in kitchen outlet oContractor to seal pipes on roof and cover with shingles -For remaining Punch List items, written confirmation to reimburse me within 30 days of requesting payment.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint either through BBB or directly. Several issues still remaining outstanding for 7 months and no plan to fix them. I have attempted contact the business as recently as yesterday, who said they would call me back yesterday after a follow up. That did not happen.
