      I've unsubscribed from emails, hence now getting the error. They still continue to email me after emailing their support several times without response.

      Last october I paid and received my medical card after being approved by Medwell of Brockton. I submitted an application as directed January 11th for an increase in my allowance. I have been calling almost every day since and every day I get the same response.... I am told I will be contacted within 24 hours and that never happens. Today I tried talking to someone about the situation and I was hung up on. I paid a lot of money and expect to be able to contact my qualifying doctor if necessary and the man on the phone said that wasn't going to happen. I have recently been diagnosed with COPD and desperately need to speak with my Medwell doctor. Thank you!

      The patient submitted an electronic request form for an increase to her allotment on January 11, 2025. The standard timeline for reviewing these requests is 10 - 12 business days. The request was declined as the patient's practitioner felt the allotted amount given to the patient to be sufficient for the qualifying medical condition in question. Our practitioners are not able to speak directly with patients as they are occupied conducting patient appointments throughout the day; this is the purpose of our call center representatives, electronic request forms, and patient verification letters.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      Demanding full refund as I am forced to sign up with a new provider at their full cost fee. I require communication with a doctor. Medwell refuses to allow said communication. My pulmonary specialist declared I have COPD and urged me to switch to non-flower alternatives, which take a higher quantity from the allotted purchase amount. I need an increase in my allowance for purchasing alternative THC products. Medwell is denying to discuss this with me. Any other company I have researched has made it clear that I may qualify for an increase as well as speak with a doctor. Medwell only allows consumers to leave a message with a foreignor, every time, who lies and promises a follow-up phone call within 24 hours. THAT NEVER HAPPENS. I demand a FULL REFUND so that I may take my business ELSEWHERE to an American-based company with real doctors who take this matter seriously.
