great company if you are in certain areas. next day.... fat chance. 1-3 if you're in a 100 mile radius of a certain area. Columbia.... might as well order somewhere else. *******.... if they can keep driver's you'll get your things. **********.... forget about it. I never heard of this company before this and I will forget them just as fast. Would never recommend them to anyone let alone my worst enemy. I hope they try to come after me for this one but they will just delete it like they do everything else. I have worked with some shady companies in the last 20 years but this one takes the cake. NOT CUSTOMER oriented...... pass it on to the next person oriented. And if you have an illiness or mental health DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! They come first before anything else! I wish the best for the fake Amazon.... You'll never get there with the way things are now

1 starFor several years this was a great company but over the past few years service has been awful. No response from sales ************ item shipped on most recent order. Sales rep would not help resolve. His supervisor didn't return my call so had to dispute credit card charge.Review fromEdward G

1 starNever delivered products that I ordered, but still charged me in full despite claiming to have refunded my purchase. I had to file a dispute through my bank in order to recover my funds. Please review your invoices and statements for spurious charges from this merchant.Review fromAl G

1 starI am a person not a business. Ordered some writing pads, never got them. Called, they said the driver reported my house as non existing and they would resend it and I would receive the pads in two days. Never arrived. Called, asked for a refund, they filed the refund. Eight days later I called about my refund, they said the warehouse manager had to received the item and log it in. I said I never received the item to send back to them. Was told my refund would be received in 24 to 48 hours. This is where I stand right now and I simply do not believe I will receive my refund in 48 hours or most likely I will NEVER receive it. One star seems to be fairly accurate for this company.**********Review fromRobert G.

1 starFood order delivered in 90+ Degree heat. Boxes marked perishable not sure how long they sat outside for or who received delivery paperwork left behind with food products. This is how people get sick consuming spoiled goods company should make effort that food is delivered inside or to at least someone who will accept package.
