    Dear BBB I need to address multiple concerns regarding the photography service I recently received. Firstly, the quality of the photographs fell short of expectations. Additionally, the photographer's behavior was unprofessional, including discriminatory remarks and a lack of respect for boundaries.During our conversation, I was met with disrespectful comments about my appearance, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the photographer exhibited unprofessional behavior by using a camera phone without consent and posting images on social media without permission.I am seeking a full refund and a clear plan of action to prevent such incidents in the future.     I would like to clarify the following points:
    1. Quality of Photographs:
    The client received the agreed-upon photography service, and the final images delivered were consistent with the quality and style showcased in my portfolio.
    Prior to booking, clients are made aware of my photography approach, and I strive to ensure satisfaction through clear communication.
    2.Professional Conduct:
    I maintain a high level of professionalism in all my interactions and categorically deny any discriminatory or disrespectful behavior.
    At no point were inappropriate remarks made toward the client. I take such accusations very seriously and have no history of similar complaints.
    3.Use of Camera Phone & Social Media:

    I also respect client privacy and do not post images on social media without consent. If the client believes an image was shared without permission, I would be happy to address this directly and ensure their concerns are resolved.
    4. Refund Request:
    Per my business policies, refunds are not issued once services have been rendered, as photography is a time-based service with custom work involved.
    However, I am open to discussing possible resolutions, such as additional edits or reshoots, to ensure the client is satisfied with their experience.
    I strive to provide quality services and maintain a professional reputation. I am happy to work toward a fair resolution and appreciate the BBBs mediation in this matter.
