    My car was in auto solutions because I thought it was the alternator. Brought the part and they fixed the alternator, that wasn't the problem. I Brought the car back and says her was going to his technician look at the car and he told me it was the starter. That wasn't the problem and the auto solutions wasn't a blessing ro fix my car but charged signature Finance $473.52 and the car wasn't fixed. And I don't believe they should have charged that amount if they couldn't fix it. And now stuck with having to pay signature Finance the money that paid auto solution's and they never fixed the car. I would like to have a refund. Because they never fixed my car but was paid for it. Please help me.

    The customer towed the car to to get it checked out, the car would not start.  tech checked the vehicle determine the starter was the issue after replacing the starter the vehicle started on and off ,we told the customer. we need to continue diagnos the vehicle ,customer said ok .right after the finance company call ask to pick-up the vehicle , we call customer .he said ok to release the vehicle .we deliver the vehicle to the finance company , they tow to car to a different place if you check ,they concluded the same diag . i called the customer we made a deal . we got it resolved
