    This is the email I have sent multiple times with no response. Good morning I'm writing in reference to the cabinet above (brightroom file cabinet D15-00036 that I purchased from ****** on Saturday. 12/28/24. Upon unboxing the cabinet I discovered that the side of the file cabinet drawer was cracked and broken. It had Jagged metal edges on it that cut my fingers. I would like to know how to obtain a new file cabinet since there are none available in the Target near me. Please contact me at ************ to discuss this issue.

    I bought a 01-07052. Cayden 68" 4 pc console 2/1/2024 from BJ's and had a missing part, this is an excerpt I sent to their customer ****************. Cayden 68" 4 pc console and its actually missing the threaded inserts on one of the chair legs labeled J. Can you please advise or send ************ is a picture of an intact leg and the one that is missing.********* Since then I got an immediate auto reply stating that I could give extra information and they'll get to it right away. I did not receive any further contact since then. I sent an additional email 2/16 and this time did not get an auto reply.I have tried calling at least 30 times it feels and I get the same answering machine as other complaints have mentioned to call back again to reach someone. Although it has only been 3 weeks, this seems like the nightmare that others have complained about. This item has been discontinued at BJ's so I cannot get any additional parts or returns, it is really just missing two inserts that I think are easy enough to deal with, but it's going to cost me time and money to go find it from somewhere else.

    I have been trying to contact this company for over a week. I get the same VM saying to call back or send an email. I have also sent emails with no response. This is what I am asking to be sent.I need a replacement cabinet door. The wood around the glass is broken on the right side facing me. It is for the ***************************, *************** Cabinet purchased at BJ *************** SKQ#****** on the paperwork.

    We received an email from ************** on the afternoon of Friday 12/15/23.  On Monday, the east coast was hit with severe weather and our offices were closed.  We emailed ************** back on Tuesday 12/19/23 to inform him that replacement parts are not stocked on fully assembled items like the one he purchased and he would need to return the product to the store he purchased it from.

    I purchased the 04-00529 -M *********** Desk and it was missing a couple of parts. I have made multiple calls to their ************ number to try to get the missing parts sent per the manual, but every time I call I get a message saying all associates are busy to call back at another time or email them. When I email them I never get a response. I am looking to get the following parts sent to me so my desk is complete. I need bag G which is the desk drawer handles and part 8 which is the front of the drawer (see attachments).

    We no longer carry replacement parts for this item as the item has been discontinued by **** *****.  In this circumstance, the customer should return the product to the store they purchased it from for a full refund.

    I purchased the "Cameron **************** 24" swivel bar stool" from Bj's on October 21,2022 that was manufactured by H20 furnishing. One of the stools broke through no fault of my own. I called customer service and wrote several email requesting part 4,5, and 6. No one has answered my email nor answers the phone.
