    I called Boston Rug from a ****** search and, after calling a number of companies, got a very good feeling from our conversation. They immediately sent out a van to pick up my 8x11 rug. The rug is a light color, and had some pet stains on it. Upon pick up, I immediately received an invoice via email with the order number & cost confirmed. The rug was returned earlier than promised, it was very clean, no more odor and in excellent shape. I will definitely use their services going forward!

    First time using Boston ******* They did an amazing job cleaning and replacing the fringe on our rug. It is a machine-made oriental-style, and when we've had it cleaned elsewhere they always scoffed at it as "not being worth the effort." Not Boston Rug! The treated us as if we were long-standing customers, and the rug was worth five figures! Plus ******************, the owner, is delightful to work with; he answered all of my questions in great detail and is an excellent listener. Thank you, Boston *******
