    The center director, *********************, is extremely unprofessional. Instead of working with parents to come to a resolution, he resorts to name calling. This shockingly inappropriate behavior is disrespectful and demeaning. Considering how he handles situations with adults, ********************* should not be allowed to work with children. I attempted to follow-up with the owner regarding this incident, and much to my dismay, I did not receive a response. I can only assume by the lack of response, that this type of demeaning, unprofessional behavior is supported by the entire center. Mathnasium is a great program; however, this particular center in ********* is incompetent and unprincipled in dealing with their customers.
