      I purchased a cloud cake (6 inch) on March 10th 2024, through the phone with the store. They asked for my card number and security code through the phone, which I did not realize was inappropriate at the time. Then after they got my card information and placed this order, they told me oh this cake could not be delivered, so what they could do was cancel my order and ask me to purchase again on Uber Eats, which I strictly followed, and they promised they had already issued my refund. But now its been almost a month, the money is still not back. I contacted them several times and they constantly told me that oh we will let the manager contact you. But when I asked them to send me a picture of proof that shows they actually issued the refund on their side, they could not show any proof and refused to receive my call (I believe they have blocked my phone number). This is definitely the worst shopping experience ever. Bad service. Dishonesty. They still owe me around 47 bucks for that cake to today. I need them to give my money back.
