    Continuing invoices without any valid agreementPoor customer service and no accountabilityI used ****** intentionally for this purchase because I wasn't sure about the company's trustworthiness. Unfortunately, my concerns proved *********** Thoughts:This experience has been stressful, time-wasting, and feels like a scam. I strongly advise anyone considering Acronis to proceed with extreme caution, and if you do subscribe, do not give them direct access to your credit card or bank. Use a payment service that gives you control and even then, stay alert.A company that makes it this hard to cancel and continues to pursue former customers for money deserves to be publicly called out.

    I've used Acronis ever since 2017. Until now it has been my favorite software. With the 2024 version, something has changed. I had a difficult time configuring it. However when I finally did, it worked just like the versions in the past. The coders need to spend some time making the software more user friendly.

    I purchased Acronis True Image 2020 for Mac three years ago. After the recent updates to the Mac operating system (*******), True Image 2020 is no longer working. The software is only three years old, and apparently, no update to address the incompatibility issue is forthcoming. Acronis Customer solution is to purchase a new version, which is now offered only as a subscription service (not cheap). I understand that software has a limited lifetime, but three years is really, really short. I have been an Acronis customer for almost 20 years, and installed their software on numerous computers. Their software support used to be excellent. Not anymore. They just lost me as a customer.

    Acronis does a great job of backing up my data each time. I backup once a week and it saves my data in an easy to recover format. Acronis Cyber Protect is a great product I trust to protect my computer at all times.
