I get a lot of your surveys on survey panels usually requesting opinions from people probably to be used in some sort of litigation, I complete them and many times I am not compensated as agreed but Im sure you receive the survey and use the data ,mor whatever it is you need out of it. Ill base the complaint on the latest one, which was an opinion regarding a credit building loan. Below is the **** &I would like to know if you received the survey and why I was disqualified after completing it. ***********************************************************

      Business Response

      Date: 02/16/2024

Applied Marketing Science designs and conducts research on behalf of their clients by hiring ProdegeMR and their panels (************, Swagbucks, etc.) to distribute their surveys. When we launch a study, we provide ProdegeMR with the estimated survey duration and ProdegeMR sets a minimum time in survey threshold to protect against bots or other fraudsters who may try to harvest the incentive by providing poor quality data. If a respondents time in survey falls under that minimum threshold, their status is placed on hold until the study completion at which time Applied Marketing Science communicates to ProdegeMR who did and did not complete the survey. Those who are categorized as a quality complete are then reclassified on the ProdegeMR side as a complete and compensated for their time (even if their time in survey was initially flagged for falling under the minimum threshold). For this particular study, **** would have been reclassified as a complete and paid the fair compensation. However, per ***** request we have removed his data from our dataset, and it will not be used in this research study.

In the future if **** has questions about his survey classification status or incentive processing, he can reach out directly to panelist support at ProdegeMR or to ***********************, Field Operations Manager at Applied Marketing Science using the email and phone number provided during our call and over email.
